Data exporter doesn't work well

Hi, I’ll try to explain my problem. At he begining I only had one level of membership, a pay level. The future members had to pay the quote via bank transfer and then complete the aplication form to become a member.
I had to buy the member data exporter to get a list of my site members. All right up to this point.

Now, I’ve change the way to become a member. You can complete the aplication form to become a free member and then to get a pay level you have to purchase an upgrade via a woocommerce product (also purchased SWPM WooCommerce Addon). Well, the problem appears when I try to export all the members, the export addon only exports the free members but not the members with the upgrade.
Can anybody help me please?
