Customer Fields Returned on API Call

I have a customer who created a form with custom fields. When viewing their informaiton I can see those fields in the plugin on the website.

When I use the api query to grab that specific customer – i am not seeing the custom fields.

Is there a way to return the custom fields?

Hello; Yes the Form Builder was used to create the form and the fields.

I can see one record which has the questions and responses when I use the membership profile:

However when accessing this customer via the api – those fields are not coming over in the JSON.
