Hi, I’ve installed the separate plugin for CPT protection.

I have it set to protect the CPT entries and have also added a membership level to access those entries.

But anyone can still access these links – there is no protection? Tested multiple browsers as well.

I created my CPT using the CPT UI plugin.

The instructions in your plugin are very straight forward with no editing needed to be done.

Where could this possibly be going wrong? Protecting normal posts works fine.

    Many thanks
    Tom

    Hi,

I’ve installed the separate plugin for CPT protection.

Are you referring to the following addon?

I have it set to protect the CPT entries and have also added a membership level to access those entries.
But anyone can still access these links – there is no protection? Tested multiple browsers as well.

Can you share a protected URL so that I can check?

Would the following addon work for you?

    Regards

    Thanks for response

Yes I was referring to the first addon you posted.

I just tried the second addon ‘full page protection’ and it now works like a charm.

Not sure why but glad its now fixed!

    Thanks
    Tom

Sorry now I can’t access those pages as an administrator so we can’t check the content on the front end?

I had a look in settings but cant find a way of allowing this?

    What would you suggest?

    Thanks
