Can the custom fields be write into the Mailchimp list?
Because right now it is only be able to write into the WordPress backend, what if the site has been hacked? all the data may be gone or lost.

And other question is, we install the “EXPORT CSV” but that is not showing on the members section, that means we can’t get the custom fields into a form too.

    thanks!

Hi unfortunately at the present you can’t write custom fields into MailChimp. In regards to your second question, which plugin are you referring too?

    Thank you

    Export Users to CSV: https://wordpress.org/plugins/export-users-to-csv/

I will say it is very important for the member’s info could be download with the custom fileds or write into the MailChimp.

This plugin saves all the member data (including custom fields) to the database. So if you want to backup your data, all you have to do is backup your database. Using any WordPress database plugin will do the job.

This plugin can’t write custom fields to mailchimp.

    Hi again,

Just wondering if you had a chance to review the above inquiry. Would like to know where the custom field info is stored on the database so we can download just that data.

    Thanks!
