Custom fields are not saving

Hi,

I am using the Custom Form Builder Custom Fields plugin as part of the Simple Membership plugin. As of currently we have 156 members in the system – along with their custom fields.

We’ve recently added some extra custom fields and had to go through each member and update their fields with new information. Whilst on doing that we have noticed that the custom fields data are not being updated. We have tried several times over to update the custom fields on different members, nothing is being at all.

Is this a known bug here?

we haven’t heard anything like this before. if you are willing to give us site access, we can take a look. you may have come across a use case that we haven’t thought of.
