I have a custom field on my registration form. The data within that field is numeric. That field does not display in the list view of members. When I use the data exporter that field does not export either. When I open a member record the field and data are there. What am I doing wrong?
Hi, are you currently using the form builder addon?
Regards.
Hi! I also have a similar issue.
I used the form builder addon to create a custom registration form with a custom field. The custom field contains radio buttons which the user is required to click. However i do not see the users choice in their member profile under Simple WP Membership::Members when i click Edit/View. I only see the headline “Custom Fields” with nothing underneath, except the “Save Data” and “Delete User Profile” buttons.
Thanks for the quick reply! I’ve tried to create premium addon support ticket, twice, and never got a reply. It’s been at least four months since i created the first ticket.
@magnush, I don’t see anything in the inbox from your email address. So this is likely a case of things going to spam box so we missed it or the transaction email you entered in the form had a typo so the purchase verification failed. Please note that for the paid addons, it’s important to use the email address that you used for the purchase. Otherwise, our system can’t recognize it.
Can you please submit the form now and reply here so I can look it up and investigate what is happening on your site:
