Credit Card Option Not Showing on Paypal Page

Whenever someone picks a membership level to pay (http://wvmuseums.org/membership-join/) and they are directed to PayPal. The option to just pay via debit/credit card does not show and instead is the create a Paypal fields to pay for it.

How can I add this either on site or via Paypal most likely to add this option.

Hi, what PayPal account do you currently have? Only the Premier and Business accounts provide the credit card payment option.

The client has a business account.

Do you know if they have any other settings enabled in the PayPal account that you might not be aware of which may be preventing the credit card payment option?

I am not sure. They have account optional turned on but instead of the usual setup where it just takes your credit card info it takes you to setting it up AND creating a Paypal account with it.

I talked to PayPal and they said that for subscriptions you apparently have to create a PayPal account?

Okay, I guess from PayPal’s point of view it does make sense. I assume this is one of PayPal’s new security feature especially for subscription payments.
