Hi,

When you enable Allow Account Deletion, the member will be able to delete their account when they view their profile. The Delete Account link can be found underneath the Submit button in the profile page. This feature is located in WP Membership -> Settings -> Advanced Settings.

If the user deletes his wpmember account, does this also remove his subscription on stripe?

because I want to put a button on my site so that users can delete their wpmember account and cancel their subscriptions on stripe

@enzo, please read the following documentation cancelling-a-paypal-subscription-as-a-merchant/#paypal_subsc_cancel_shortcode. Even though the documentation is for PayPal the same applies to Stripe subscription. Let me know if this helps you.

i replace paypal by stripe but its not works…are u sure this documentation about paypal its same applies for stripe ?

Hi, sorry but you are correct. The shortcode only works for PayPal subscriptions.

For stripe we already have the following working: when the user deletes his account, any existing subscription will get cancelled.
