When I edit a member, I can choose to notify him by e-mail.
When I tick the box, there is a default e-mail that appear. How can I change the default text inside this box ?
THanks !
Hi StudioBizz, are you referring to Email Settings (Account Upgrade Notification) located at WP Membership -> Settings -> Email Settings.
Yes !
No, I am talking about the default text in Members / (select a member) / Edit / (select) Notify User /
Mail Subject : Account Updated!
Mail Body
Dear {first_name} {last_name},
Your account status has been updated! Please login to the member area at the following URL:

Thank You
I would like to change the default Mail Subject and Mail Body, so I do not have to edit it every time.
I would like to modify the default text in the text box : https://simple-membership-plugin.com/send-a-quick-notification-email-to-your-members/
@StudioBizz have you tried to edit the text currently present in the message sent?
Yes, but the system ‘remember’ the text when I customize it for a specific user. It is possible to automatically come back to a ‘default’ text even if I modify it for one user ?
Hi currently the only way to achieve what you want as far as I know is to make a copy of the content. One of the plugin developers will asses your request further and reply back.
No, the plugin will always remember the last message you sent. It remembers the last message because most people will re-use that message again and again. This allows the users to customize that message once and then re-use it.
Great ! Thanks
