Change redirect after signup with custom form short code generator.

I installed this short code form generator add on,
and used it to create a sign up for a specific user level.

The problem is that after sign up the page gets refreshed and the form disappears
and the user stays on a black page without any message of success/redirect to welcome page…

Is there a way to fix this?

Can you provide more information? Are you trying to redirect a person to a custom page after they sign up?
