Hi,
Great plugin you have created! 🙂 I have one question though. How do I (or the member by herself) change the e-mail address of a member? Both when I try to edit a member profile as an admin or when I am logged in as a member and goes to the profile page, the e-mail field is not editable. 🙁
Some help would be greatly appreciated!
When you are chaning the email, are you making sure that the address is not already taken up by another WP User account on your site? Does it given any kind of error when you hit the update button?
The problem is that neither I nor a user can change the email at all directly in your plugin. That field is just a text string and not a text box when going to the profile page (…/membership-login/membership-profile/). The only work around I have found is to show the wp-admin bar or create a direct link to the profile-page in wp-admin. I was expecting it to be possible to change the email in the same way as all the other fields are available for editing in…/membership-login/membership-profile/. It is a bit confusing for users not familiar with WP to suddenly come to something that looks completely different than the rest of the site if the wp-admin profile page should be used for updating the email.
I tested this in the plugin so we know that the edit profile form works fine. Something else is conflicting on your site. What happens if you switch to the default WordPress theme?
