Change login URL

Is there a way to customize for example the login URL so that it doesn’t say “http://mysite.com/membership-login/”?

Did you happen to notice the “Login Page URL” setting, on the “General Settings” screen?

Also remember to edit the corresponding slug, under the WP Pages.

I did, actually, and it didn’t work, which is why I thought there was some other settings required. However, I discovered that the problem simply was that I redirected to the “old” login page in the php and forgot to change that.
