I have all my users registered in a list A, how much a user pays should go to list B, but it doesn’t happen, the user always remains in the list A.

The upgrade button is what you want to implement because you want your members to upgrade from list A to list B. For example: List A can represent one membership level and List B can be another membership level.

Let me know if the above makes sense.

my problem is the following:

I have user in list A on WordPress which corresponds to list A on Mailchimp. When you buy the user, go to the B (or group) list on WordPress but not on Mailchimp.
