Can't log in

Hi,

there’s a problem with this plugin. Everything was okay but since yesterday login not working anymore. I’ve changed password in the db and other stuff but I can’t log at all.

Please help this is important ther’s hundred of people waiting to get their account back..

On the login all I have is : User not found. message

Hi, can you provide more information in regards to your issue. For example what happened prior to this issue happening? I am asking this question because of the following comment.

Are you using any plugins that use the WP user list? If so enable “Force WP User Synchronization”

No, I’m not using any other user’s plugin. The checkbox is checked but it’s still not working. I can log in by the wp-admin but not by my login page.

Hi @nicodev, check the following documentation to make sure all of your plugin pages are set up correctly.

Also carry out a test after you make sure all pages are set up correctly. Register a test member via the front page and then try and log in.

Also if you have a cache plugin, make sure you have excluded the members pages i.e. the login page from being cached.

Let me know what happens.
