Cannot see registration form, error after installing form builder plugin

Hi,
I have never seen the registration form so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I have disabled all plugins with no effect. I have read the documentation and still no luck.
So I purchased the Form Builder add-on and now I get the following error on the Registration page.

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_value() on null in /home/soaringtasmania/soaringtasmania.org.au/wp-content/plugins/swpm-form-builder/classes/class.swpm-fb-form.php on line 64

Can you help me please.

Peter, your registration page isn’t set up properly. The documentation lists the mandatory pages that are created with the plugin. They have the word ‘membership’ in them and are in the Pages section. In addition they are also in the Settings for the plugin. Your site shows the Registration and join us page under the header navigation tab of Members.
There are instructions in the documentation on how to set up a paypal button which should help. I haven’t done this so I can’t help further. If you search the forums I think you’ll find some additional help there.
