Cannot add a member manually

I am using Simple Membership Plugin for my website and added 1422 members by bulk import.

Now i would like to add a member manually and nothing happens. I couldn’t add a member – testet several usernames etc. Than I stopped all other plugins, but nothing happend. It’s not a problem with any other plugin.

What can I do? I am really helpless.

Can you provide more information. For example: A list of steps you carried out to add a new member manually.

Also make sure you have debug mode enabled as well before you begin. Once you complete the steps above, check the log file and report back.
