I’m running a test site with Stripe. When a user signs up for a 1 year subscription and then I cancel using Stripe’s billing > subscriptions the user account is unaffected on WordPress and they can continue to view restricted content.
This is with ‘No Expiry’ selected.
If the user cancels from their account page it works as expected and the billing is cancelled as well as the account.
Any help appreciated but I suspect this is a bug?
Please turn on the debug logs, and try your test again. Then check the logs for a customer.subscription.deleted hook trigger. Our plugin will use that to cancel/deactivate the member account.
