We are restructuring our organization and creating a new website. However, the transition from our old site will be gradual. We have a handful of people that have a membership subscription, which, from what I understand, will automatically renew and charge the membership fee on the renewal date. Is there a way to turn that off that subscription but keep their profile information available until our transition to the new website is complete?
