Can I add a "Read Only" image to a Member Profile?

I would like to be able to add an image to each Member’s profile, which visually describes how far they have progressed in our internal validation process (1,3 or 5 stars. idea). How can I, as Admin, add something like this in a way that the Member cannot alter? The Form Builder allows for a “Read Only” Text Area…can I add something similar for an image?
