Hello,
Here is my website: ensassociation.org
I installed the template Avada and, as it is a membership website, I also installed Simple Membership.
The website has a blog section: http://ensassociation.org/news/
The content of the blog section is supposed to be free. Nevertheless, it became members-only I don’t know why, and each time I try to change the protection options and unprotect the content it becomes protected again. What’s happening?
Thank you.
Cheers,
Nuno
hi,
you certainly have category protection enabled.
go to membership levels and click on “category protection” tab.
uncheck the “ensia” category and click update to disable general protection for category ensia.
Then for each membership in the drop down list, uncheck the “ensia” category and click update.
Your news should be visible now.
Great, it works! Thank you for your help.
