Automated Change the Membership level the Expired Members

Hi I’m New Here and I really can’t find any options and solutions
that when the certain membership expired they automatically change to ‘free member’
My site have a pro membership level which expire after a month but after it expire I would like them to change to active free member not just a expired pro member.

You can use the “Allow Members to Change/Update Their Membership Level” option of the following free addon to allow your users to change to a free level (this can be used by them when their account is expired):

I have tried that many times and that button have some many issues
members changed to pro to free still get a pro members privileges.
So I had to change the user manually every time when they expire.

No I am currently changing the membership levels everytime by my self

Remember that the user’s account is changed WHEN they log into the site next time. So check the “Last Login Date” of the member in question from the member’s menu. Did the user try to log into your site after the time expired?
