Auto Downgrade Doesn't Work

Hi there,

I hope someone can help me. Accounts are not downgrading to the free level automatically when a paid membership expires. When they try to log into the account they are greeted with a “account expired” message.

I have the Addon installed as per documentation but it does not work.

Also I purchased the two factor authenticator log in. It works but does not work when I want to exclude a membership level from two factor. It still asks for the codes.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
