Approve manual user account registration

Hi There!

For 4 days a just looking for the right one membership plugin, and I am very happy to find your product!

I implementing this:

And a I looking for manual approve solution for after users verification:

– user registration
– user get an email, whit email verification
– after verification I get an email to approve the user
– I approve the user manual and send an e-mail whit the message your account is ok now

Is this possible?
