I get this error when attempting a subscription on the production site with live payments turned on. Sandbox mode works. The error is :

Brackets contain no info but chrome console shows these errors:

1. https://www.paypal.com/v1/billing/subscriptions 422 (Unprocessable Content)

3. An error prevented the user from checking out with PayPal. {}

This can be deleted. Paypal has USER_ACCOUNT_RESTRICTED. It requires photo id, etc.
