ParticipantReally impressed with your plugin! One thing I thinks happening is after someone pays via paypal they have to click the button that says return to site in order to get to my thank you page where i currently have the shortcode for the registration form. They also receive an email to complete registration I am aware of. Im thinking my current challenge is some people that purcahse aren’t hitting the return to site button and the email is going to spam. Any ideas for things I can try to reduce the number of incomplete registrations? I was thinking if I could automatically go back to my thank you page after payment that might help. Great work again Simple membership plugin team and thanks for a great plugin!

You can add a different thank you page for each payment button you create with our plugin. Please check the following documentation to learn how the thank you page works.

Let me know if the above helps you.
Thank you.

ParticipantHi thanks for your reply, do you happen to know if i assign different thank you pages under each membership level payment button and then enable the paypal auto return to website option (on paypal website) which accepts one thank you page url, will the individual simple membership payment button thankyou pages override the single paypal thank you page and still automatically return the customer to the the separate thank you page for their plan?
Or is maybe the only way to have one auto return thank you page set in paypal and then use the [swpm_thank_you_page_registration] shortcode on that one page.
The reason i wanted multiple thank you pages is so i could run event tracking pixels for each of my products on their respective thank you page. Not sure if i can do that if I only have one thank you page.
The auto return to the thank you page would be really helpful in case the registration email after payment gets sent to spam folder. heres another paypal thread I found on the subject that makes it sound like the payment thank you pages override the auto return one, Im just not exactly sure how to set it up. Thanks again.

ModeratorHi,
Unfortunately I have not tested either method you mentioned above. The best option in my opinion is to keep the membership registration process simple and easy to follow. If you try to complicate things it might not work out as you expected and make things more difficult for you. However, I recommend that you test one of your methods to see if that works for you. If it doesn’t work for you then try the other method.
Kind regards.
