I am not being notified when a NEW member registers.
New members are not having trouble registering. They get all the emails and complete registration. As the admin, I am not notified.
The check box is indeed marked. Three email addresses are listed, separated by commas. No email ever comes through.
I get other notifications from other plugins on my web site, for example, WordFence, so I know sending from my web site is not an issue. Also, new members get emails okay.
Any ideas as to how to go about troubleshooting this issue? The most helpful suggestion would be how I can generate a sample notification so I can test compatibility with other plugins and turning off and on different settings.
Thanks!

Just wondering… Does it work if you only have one email address in the box?
Nope, but I just went and it now lists only one.
Any idea of how I can generate an email to test it? “Enable Debug”? I’d still end up with a membership, right?
Enable the debug logging, create a free “Test” membership level; and try signing up for it. The debug logs should contain clues and you should receive emails.
