Admin user can’t log in

Hello, friends,

I’ve just installed a new domain to use with simple membership. But when I set up the administrator user, it doesn’t work.

I recorded the entire step-by-step process. Check out the video link, it’s very short.

I don’t understand why it’s not working.

I’ve changed my password, tried logging in with my e-mail and nothing works.

In addition to your WP admin account; do you have an SWPM admin member setup?
