Admin notification on membership renewal

Am i missing something or is there no way to notify Admin that a member has renewed or upgraded? I need this fiction since there are “pieces” of membership data that may have changed and, consequently, need verification bu Admin.

I suppose this could be hacked by having the Treasurer forward payment emails to the Administrator… but it would be cleaner to do this internally because it would be sent when the “profile” was updated.

My process:
1. A logged-in users access top protected content gets the “renew” link
2. PayPal is used for payment and returns to a custom message with short code to “profile”: update
3. User makes changes and submits

So a notification on “profile” submission could also be an option.
