ParticipantHello,
I’ve enabled the “Send Notification to Admin” setting and cannot get it to work, it seems to never fire off the email. At the same time any emails being sent to the client work perfectly.
We are using WP Mail SMTP with Sendgrid and all other email notifications on the site are working properly.
The log shows all client facing emails being sent properly but does not show anything for admin emails:

Email sent to: ***@***.comThere doesn’t seem to be any other settings that could be misconfigured and causing this issue.
Any ideas?
Thanks

ModeratorHi, can you check to make sure the emails are not landing in your spam box?
Thank you.

ParticipantYes, I’ve confirmed nothing is hitting my spam folder. I’ve also changed the TO email address to different emails to verify it wasn’t an issue with my email provider blocking the email. Again though, I can receive the client facing emails using the same email address. The admin one is simply not firing as far as I can tell.
Thanks!

ParticipantThanks I did look through that and followed the steps and still have the same issue.
As you can see from my logs in the first post. It only shows the customer facing email being sent. There is nothing in the logs pertaining to an Admin notification.
So there is really no way from my perspective to know if the admin notification sent or not, only the customer/user notification.
Additionally, as mentioned before the same configuration to send the customer/user notification ( To/From ) work with no issues for the customer email, I am able to receive them, therefore there should be no issue receiving the admin notification email.

ModeratorHi, thank you for providing more information. Unfortunately there is not much more I can do for you from my end. I have submitted a message to the developers to investigate further your issue.
Kind regards.

KeymasterI just tested that feature and it is working correctly. Something is conflicting somewhere on this site or there is a setup issue. Are you using the email activation feature?
Also, are the members registering from the front-end or are the members being added manually from the admin dashboard side?
Did you double check to see if there is an email address value entered in the “Admin Email Address” field? If that field is empty then it won’t be able to send anything. One time we had an user who enabled that feature but kept the “Admin Email Address” field empty. So the plugin had nowhere to send the notification email to.
