adding link in admin email

is it possible to add a link in the email that admin gets to login to approve the new user.. something along the lines of:

A new member has completed the registration.

Username: username
Email: emailaddress

Please login to the admin dashboard to view details of this user.

You can customize this email message from the Email Settings menu of the plugin.

1. Because manual approval is an “all or nothing” affair,” there would be no need to know the new member’s account name or email address in the email; just that 1 or more members need to be approved.

2. If you don’t mind getting your hands dirty with a wee bit of PHP coding; you can use an “Action Hook” to detect when a member has registered, and then fire off an email to the Admin:
