Active subscription not detected even if the subscription is active

Hi,

i have (in test mode) active two recurring subscriptions.

Created a page with shortcode: [swpm_show_subscriptions_and_cancel_link] but the page for logged-in user with active subscription show an alert “Active subscription not detected for the member account with the username: anna”

I have checked the Stripe API ID of the plan and is starting with “price_”. Right now i do not know where is the problem and can’t cancel the subscription.

Can you help me with settings, please?

On the other member profile, the alert show this message:

Error: Stripe API keys are not configured on your site!
Active subscription not detected for the member account with the username: arnold

I have the API keys configured, the subscriptions works, recurring payments works. Only this subscription and cancel shortcode does not work.

If i use this shortcode [swpm_stripe_subscription_cancel_link] and click on Cancel subscription, there is a Fatal error:

What exactly do you mean by “test mode?” Any kind of sandbox modes are not supported; other than to verify communication between the payment gateway and the plugin.

Please turn on the debug logs. We can’t help you, if there are no debug messages.

in “test mode” i mean iam using the Stripe payments in Test Mode not in Live.

As you wrote, in Stripe test mode is not possible to cancel subscription by user?

I’ll enable the debug mode later and put here debug code.

If you edit your subscription button, what value do you see in the Stripe API ID field of that button?

I went trough the troubleshooting without luck.

Right now i am using this shortcode [swpm_show_subscriptions_and_cancel_link] and after resave the page where it is, is showing info about user’s subscription and the Cancel subscription button, but after click on Cancel, there is the same Fatal error mentioned above.

My Stripe API ID for buttons are (have two buttons for recurring subs)

Button 1: price_1P9VE1FzY8YweDVDHb11yOim
Button 2: price_1P9V4xFzY8YweDVDJoP0LpmT

Using SCA Subscription buttons.

Right know i am not at computer to check the debug mode, once i will be, will send.

Hello.

I enabled the Debug mode. There is nothing in logs. Before the testing i did reset the logs.

Nothing else. Even if i click more times on Cancel subscription, nothing appears in log file.
Only the WordPress Fatal error shows up and the cancelation not works:

The fatal error by subscription cancelation is still there and still nothing appears about this error in log files.

Hi, it is not needed, after the last update 4.4.6. the cancelation already works. Maybe a custom page for the successful cancelation would be better looking 🙂
