Activation_required email not being sent

Hi,

Emails are not being sent for Pending or Activation Required new members from optimi.org.uk

When the ‘Notify User’ option is checked, the email is received ok though….

If the logs say the email was sent; then it “left the plugin.” Because you edited the logs, there really isn’t anything more that could be determined from viewing that extract. Please review this checklist to determine if there are any other issues that need to be examined.
