Activation user after “activation-mail” no works

I’m new here and I have a problem. Everything works except for the user activation via email. The link arrives, but nothing happens after clicking the link. The user cannot be activated. No error message appears, and no related event appears in the log file.

If the debug logs are turned on and you still see no log entries; then there is something external to the plugin going on. If a user clicks the link, their browser should open to a page on the site. Is this happening? Please verify by looking at the browser’s address bar.
