    Hi,

    I’m using Form Builder Addon, and added address fields. But Street Address of it can’t keep value. It get the same as Apt, Suite, Bldg. (optional) field.

    And I have trouble in dashboard, because address fields of any user is empty. I can’t check user’s address.

    If somebody has idea for fix it, please advise me.
