    Hi, please read the following documentation to learn more about manually creating new members.

    Let me know if this helps you.

    I have added all the members so now want to send them an email with their login details is this possible on the system or do I have to send a separate email to the 80 members?

    Kind regards
    David

    Hi, did you enable the following feature Send Email to Member When Added via Admin Dashboard under Settings -> Email Settings before creating your members?

    The problem is I have already completed them is there any other way I can send them their registration details other than individual emails?

    Kind regards
    David

    Unfortunately no, there is no other way. Unless you go to each member already created and select Notify User, then pretend you make a change and click on save. The member will receive notification of any changes to their account.

    Thank you very much that will work for me. The other problem I have is the “Forgot password” when the client enters their email address and hits enter a message appears on top left of the page telling them that an email has been sent to them. The problem is that the message is in black text and my page background is a dark blue which is hard to read I needto change this to white text is this possible?

    Kind regards
    David

    Hi David, you might be able to use CSS to customize the font color or text background.

    Hi, you might like to try and add some CSS custom to the following class swpm_label swpm-pw-reset-email-label.

    Change the color to white #ffffff.

    For example:

    .swpm_label swpm-pw-reset-email-label {
        color: #333;
    }

    Let me know if this works.
