    Hi there..
I followed every instruction you mentioned above and did everything but still email is not being sent to users…
In my wordpress logs, it tells me that email is successfully sent…
    kindly look that image here…
    https://i.imgsafe.org/fa5bc7fc58.png
and User even isn’t getting that email in spam..

I also have setup wp simple smtp plugin and configured with my email…
but still it doesn’t send the email….

Now, second question, if i have setup wp simple smtp with hosting email, then what email will i have to add in FROM EMAIL under the email settings in wp membership plugin’s setting?

Please help me… it’s getting worse as i am losing the traffic on my website.

I think before we go any further. Can you speak to your host and ask them why are you having issues with your e-mails? Also check your server log files?

    Thank you for your response…

As you said,I checked that error log and that is empty…

But i think i have found something,if you can help me out with this….

I sent test mail from wp simple smtp after configuring that with my hostgator email…
    and it reached to destination..
so i saw its headers and noted down IP address under received from section…
    look that here…
    https://i.imgsafe.org/0aa7c7bf11.png

and i searched whether that IP is blocked or not and i found it is blacklisted by 3 sites…
    https://i.imgsafe.org/0aabd6d302.png

so, Is this the main problem why my emails are not being sent…?
And if this is the main problem, how should i resolve this?

If your IP address is blacklisted then that would cause the issue you are currently having. Find out who is blocking your IP address and get in contact with them. I had a similar issue a while back and it was with Hotmail. I had to get in contact with them to unblock my IP address from their servers.

Hi, I noticed in your image that your IP address was blacklisted by barracuda central. You might like to contact them to remove your IP address via the following URL removal request. You will have to find out about the other two in your image, just google it.

    Regards
