ModeratorHi, have you read the following documentation?
April 9, 2016 at 12:52 am #6310Anonymous
InactiveThank you. This documentation is not relevant to what I’m trying to do.
First, I’m not using SM Login widget. I need to use BuddyPress Login Widget to get to the proper profiles, but also I’m not referring to the Login widget. I’m referring to the page you are taken to after a successful registration.
The page simply says: Registration (title)
Registration Successful. Please Login.
The word Login is a link. I would like to make it plain text so that they use the BuddyPress Login Widget instead of clicking on the link.

InactiveThank you. It’s not a big deal but a little tweak I’d like to do if possible.

Or you can customize the message using the following documentation.

InactiveForgive me mbr. I think we’ve done this before.
Yes, it worked perfectly except that when I login after new registration is successful, I got the following error.
Error! Invalid Request. Could not find a match for the given security code and the user ID.
I did not click on the link twice. All went as it should so is there a way to just eliminate that message?
Thanks!

InactiveOops! I had to remove the SM addons – Custom Message and Login Redirect. They both conflict with my login widgets. I’ve tried several.
Need another solution.

InactiveThis is the class.swpm-registration.php file. Can you tell me how to make the login URL into plain text.
//public abstract static function get_instance();
protected function send_reg_email() {
global $wpdb;
if (empty($this->member_info)) {
return false;
}
$member_info = $this->member_info;
$settings = SwpmSettings::get_instance();
$subject = $settings->get_value(‘reg-complete-mail-subject’);
$body = $settings->get_value(‘reg-complete-mail-body’);
$from_address = $settings->get_value(’email-from’);
$login_link = $settings->get_value(‘login-page-url’);
$headers = ‘From: ‘ . $from_address . “\r\n”;
$member_info[‘membership_level_name’] = SwpmPermission::get_instance($member_info[‘membership_level’])->get(‘alias’);
$member_info[‘password’] = $member_info[‘plain_password’];
$member_info[‘login_link’] = $login_link;
$values = array_values($member_info);
$keys = array_map(‘swpm_enclose_var’, array_keys($member_info));
$body = html_entity_decode($body);
$body = str_replace($keys, $values, $body);$swpm_user = SwpmMemberUtils::get_user_by_user_name($member_info[‘user_name’]);
$member_id = $swpm_user->member_id;
$body = SwpmMiscUtils::replace_dynamic_tags($body, $member_id);//Do the standard merge var replacement.$email = sanitize_email(filter_input(INPUT_POST, ’email’, FILTER_UNSAFE_RAW));

ModeratorHi Mary, I am not sure what you are trying to do. Just one simple question, why do you want to change the URL to plain text? What is the purpose of this? If you try to go down this path you will most likely run into issues later on. This alteration goes against the functionality of this plugin.
Kind regards

InactiveDue to the fact that I am only using SM for registration, when a member logs in with that link, he gets an error. He needs to login using the login widget instead.

ModeratorAll you have to do is hide the login link as I mentioned above using custom CSS tweaks. This is a better procedure than trying to hack the code.

InactiveHiding would certainly be an excellent solution, but I can’t find the CSS code. The documentation above is for Forgot Password link and Join Us links.
How do I bring up the second part of the Registration Form that shows Success without having to go through the whole registration process each time?

ModeratorHi, can you elaborate further what you mean by;
How do I bring up the second part of the Registration Form that shows Success without having to go through the whole registration process each time?
Are you currently using the Form Builder add-on?
