Adding a Member Login Widget in the Sidebar of Your Site

You can add a login widget to the sidebar of your site so the members can log into the site easily.

The design of the login form widget can be different based on the WordPress theme that you are using. The login form elements try to inherit the CSS of your theme. For example: the following screenshots show how the login widget look like when used with WordPress’s default themes.

Adding a Membership Login Widget to the SideBar

Do the following to add a login widget to the sidebar of your site:

  • Go to the Widgets menu of your WordPress admin dashboard
  • Add a standard “Text” widget to your sidebar
  • Add the following shortcode in this text widget
