ParticipantHi, I purchased and installed the addon as well earlier today. After creating a new Registration form I received the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method SwpmUtils::membership_level_id_exists() in /home/*********/public_html/wp-content/plugins/swpm-form-builder/classes/class.swpm-fb-form.php on line 54
I have version 4.1 .
Please help. Thanks in advance.

KeymasterHi, Looks like your main simple membership plugin needs to be updated to the latest version. Please go to the plugins menu and click on the update link for the simple membership plugin. You shouldn’t see that error after you update.

ParticipantHi,
I have updated it and now I get new error on save.
It looks like this:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function format_for_editor() in /home/vchd/domains/vchd.lt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/swpm-form-builder/classes/class.swpm-form-builder.php on line 619

ParticipantAdmin, can you kindly address my inquiry as well? I already have the latest version of the plugin, 4.1 , and receive the same error message that voldemarasp is experiencing :
Fatal error: Call to undefined method SwpmUtils::membership_level_id_exists() in /home/******/public_html/wp-content/plugins/swpm-form-builder/classes/class.swpm-fb-form.php on line 54
I have also opened a ticket. Help will be much appreciated.

ParticipantLike voldemarasp I am getting a Fatal Server Error when trying to save a form through form builder. Looking at the sedrver logs I am seeing:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function format_for_editor() in XXXXX/wp-content/plugins/swpm-form-builder/classes/class.swpm-form-builder.php on line 619
Is there a solution available?

ModeratorI think the problem you are experiencing is between the Free membership level and the form builder add-on. Please check the following documentation to help you further.
