Hi,
I have two issues. The first one just showed up. Someone purchsed a membership with paypal. I received the confirmation from paypal but the user’s initial info never entered the WP Members list, and I assume any email to complete the reg. That part has been working fine all along and I have 150 members.
Not sure if 2nd issue is related .The 2nd issue I discovered while troubleshooting the first. The section called Payments hasn’t been updated in a long time — it has only about 50 entries out of a total of 150 paying members.
I noticed IPN was disabled and I’ve enabled it. What’s the URL that should be used in the paypal ipn config? I’ve got lines like this in latest log entries

Hi everything should start working correctly now that you have enabled your PayPal IPN. In regards to your question.
What’s the URL that should be used in the paypal ipn config?
Use the URL to the website where Simple Membership is installed.
I rec’d another notification from paypal but nothing happened in plugin. No new member, no payment recorded.
Hi, please try the following instructions. See if they help you.
Thank you
It appears the problem was WP-SpamShield plugin. After deactivating it paypal was able to resend ipn data and Members got profile on web site
