1 of my Users (friends) keeps getting locked out and now getting a message “no such email”.

She IS listed as usual under Users. Everything is the same as the others. Her email is also listed just as it’s always been and was fine for a month–until last week.

    Any Ideas?

    PS
Your plugin is about the only 1 that keeps coming up that an update is needed and in arrears by my WordFence security plugin bec changes have been made…so not sure if there were changes lately that affected this.

    OK, User can access now.

The Password Reset isn’t working bec msg is “No user found with that email address.”

This message happens to everyone now, including me. So something changed. Password Reset always worked b4.

Hi can you enable Debug Mode and check the log file when someone runs into the same issue again. Did you update any other plugin or theme prior to this issue occurring?

    It’s a blank white screen.

Still get error message: No such user email. Yet users are there and login just fine.

should I use something besides [swpm_reset_form] on my password reset page?

Please use the link to see how the file has changed. If you have modified this file yourself, you can safely ignore this warning. If you see a lot of changed files in a plugin that have been made by the author, then try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin to force an upgrade. Doing this is a workaround for plugin authors who don’t manage their code correctly. [See our FAQ on http://www.wordfence.com for more info]

Hi, in your case maybe your security plugin is causing this issue. Can you disable the plugin and re enable it again?

I started a new thread… to make it easier 4 you.

I did do that. I deactivated All of them.

    Reset still doesn’t work.
