Your membership program’s Join Us page serves as the landing page for potential members. Its primary purpose is to provide comprehensive information about the various membership options available on your website, allowing users to choose the option that best fits their requirements. The “Join Us” page is where you can display all of these details.
You can think of the “Join Us” page as your Membership Pricing page, where users can view available membership levels and make a payment if joining a paid membership.

Understanding the Purpose of the ‘Join Us’ Page
Visitors of your site will need answers to the following questions before they will decide to become a member:
- What kind of membership site are you running?
- How many different membership options do you have?
- What are the benefits of each membership offered on your site
- How much does it cost?
- Why should they join and become a member?
- What kind of content can they expect to get as a member?
- and so on…
It’s important to address all (or most) of these questions on your Join Us page.
Additionally, make sure to include the payment buttons for each membership option so that visitors can take immediate action once they’ve decided.
If you are offering a “Free” membership option, then the call-to-action button for that membership option should just be a link to the “Registration” page. If someone goes to the registration page without paying, they will be offered a free membership account by default.
Creating the ‘Join Us’ Page
The plugin automatically generates a placeholder “Join Us” page upon installation. You can locate the URL of this page in the plugin’s settings menu.
To customize the page, simply edit it using the WordPress page editor and apply your desired modifications.
Example ‘Join Us’ Page
The graphic below provides and example of how a standard membership “Join Us” page may look like. Hopefully, this provides you with an understanding of what a “Join Us” page might resemble.

Membership Payment Buttons
Our plugin offers built-in payment options for PayPal and Stripe, allowing you to accept membership payments through either or both. Additionally, we provide integrations with various e-commerce plugins for handling membership payments, which you can explore in the “Membership Payment Options” section of our documentation later.
You can choose any available option to create a membership payment button, then add it to your ‘Join Us’ or ‘Pricing’ page so users can pay for premium membership.
Registration Process
Next, refer to the registration process documentation to understand how members initiate the registration process starting from the “Join Us” page.
Manually Adding Members to the Site
If you prefer to manually add users to your site and want to prevent visitors from seeing the ‘Join’ option on the front-end, the hide join link feature is worth exploring.
