I have already completed all of the steps here: https://simple-membership-plugin.com/forums/topic/test-for-plugin-and-theme-conflict-before-posting-an-issue-or-a-bug/

    1. Temporarily deactivate ALL the plugins except the simple membership plugin.
    No change
    2. Temporarily deactivate ALL addons/extensions also (if you are using any).
    N/A
    3. Switched theme to default WP theme (2024 and 2025)
    No change

WP Membership -> Mailchimp shows this menu:

    MailChimp API Key:
The API Key of your MailChimp account (you can find it under the “Account” tab). Make sure to activate it first.

    Enable Double Opt-In
Use this checkbox if you want to use the double opt-in option.

Remove Email From List When Subscription Payment is Cancelled
Remove member’s email from MailChimp list when subscription is cancelled.

And nothing else. Please help and thank you

Did you set the MailChimp list names in the membership level settings?

Please check the following for your installation:

    1. Go to WP Admin → WP Membership → Membership Levels (or “Membership Levels” — whichever appears in your admin).
    2.

    3. Edit each membership level you want to subscribe to MailChimp.
    4.

    5. Look for a field labeled “MailChimp List Name” (or “MailChimp Audience/List Name”).
    6.

    7. Enter exactly the name of your MailChimp audience/list (or, if relevant, “ListName|group1,group2” syntax when using interest groups) per the addon documentation.
    8.

    9. Save / update the membership level.
    10.

    11. Then test — register a new member under that level and see if their email is added to your MailChimp list (or check plugin debug logs if activated).
