Simple Membership Plugin › Forums › Simple Membership Plugin › Show member info defaults to Alexander for every member
Using [swpm_show_member_info column=”first_name”] short code
Show member plugin is installed
Defaults to “Alexander” for every member name
Please advise on a fix or suggestion to fix
wanted to add first name column in exported CSV not “Alexander”
still wondering where this name is coming from?
wanted to add:
paid member tier detaults to “Alexander”
free member tier defaults to “Brian”
name column in exported member CSV file has correct names
Show member info defaults to Alexander for every member
Does your CSV file EXACTLY match the template file?

After lots of testing, it was a WordPress caching plugin conflicting with the server side cache. I just deleted the WordPress plugin and it stablized.
Thanks for your quick response!
