    This just started recently when adding a new user after clicking on the Add New Member button the screen never switches to the Members screen and the email notifying the user with the login credentials is never sent. When I manually click on the Members link the user will be shown on the Members screen.

    Is anybody else experiencing the same problem?

    First, please ensure you are using the latest version of SWPM; by downloading and installing the latest version.

    Next, ensure that SWPM debug logs are turned on.

    Then, complete the following checklist to determine if configuration errors exist:

    BTW, are you using any page caching plugins or server modules?
