Hi,
I have setup live API credentials with the new PayPal API. I can successfully purchase a subscription. The initial payment goes through, and recurring payments work as well. However, no subscriptions appear when using the shortcodes for cancellation. Looking at the code a bit, it appears that the “is_live” parameter is not getting passed into the transaction record, even though it is set to Live everywhere I can tell. I’ve deactivated all non SWPM plugins. Any ideas for what may be going wrong? Thank you.

Thank you for the reply! I’ve got it working now (so far). I’m not positive, but I think it may have been because I only had the Live API credentials populated in the SM plugin settings. Once I added a set of sandbox creds, everything started to function properly. I should have done this earlier, obviously, but if the sandbox creds are indeed required, maybe highlighting that in the docs would be helpful to others like me. Thanks again!
