There is an error on my website, affecting membership registrations and form submissions:
1) Users cannot register new user accounts, they receive the message ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’
2) I am unable to edit user details (passwords) in the Members list, I get the message: ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ I have not received any instructions in the admin email inbox.
3) Users submitting forms on my site (I use the WP Forms plugin) are not shown the confirmation message when they submit, and form notification emails are not sent.
These issues first noticed between 10.54 and 16.26 on 31st October (all was working correctly at 10.54).
Any advice please?
