ParticipantI am looking at using this plugin for a private membership site.
I can see their is a autorenewal button option.
Can the system generate an email to remind users to renew before their membership exxpires?August 19, 2015 at 10:25 pm #2734mbrsolution
ModeratorHi at the present there is no option to notify members about their account expiring. There is the following feature in the plugin Enable Expired Account Login.
When enabled, expired members will be able to log into the system but won’t be able to view any protected content. This allows them to easily renew their account by making another payment.
Regards

ParticipantHas this feature been integrated yey? Or os there anyway to send an email when either membership expires prompting for renewal or X days before (never expire) recurring payment? It’s pretty crucial functionality really 🙁

ParticipantHaving serious issues with this renewal procedure.
Members are renewing their monthly subscriptions and then their accounts are being moved from active to expired on each and every log in.
Even after manually moving renewed members, they are knocked back to expired each and every time.
Help please

Every renewal continues to get knocked back to expired even after a manual move to active as if the script from PayPal is not being received by the plug in to update stauts
