Hello, is there any way to export paying members from s2member to simple membership?

I’m wanting to change plugins, but I still have no idea how to do that.

I don’t want to lose my subscribers.

You must find a way to export your existing members from s2member, into a CSV file; whose format is compatible with the Bulk Member Importer AddOn:

Note: Importing members WILL NOT transfer over any existing membership payment plans from s2members, or any other membership plugin. You need to strategize a way (there are many) to handle existing s2member subscriptions.

Could you mention some of the strategies used? I’m new to this subject and I’m looking for more information.

    Thanks!

Your s2members plugin keeps membership information in a database table. You need to contact s2member support and ask about exporting existing members into a CSV file. Once you exported the data; you then import the CSV file into a spreadsheet and ensure it matches the SWPM CSV bulk import requirements. After editing/saving the CSV file, you then follow the instructions for doing a bulk import to SWPM.

If there are any active “recurring” s2member subscriptions; you must then decide how to expire & reestablish them as SWPM recurring subscriptions. EACH SITUATION IS DIFFERENT.

If you feel unable to do this on your own; please consider our Paid Support service:
