The Simple Membership plugin creates a unique registration completion link after the user makes a payment for a premium membership. This unique link is then sent to the user via email and can also be found on the “Thank You” page if you have opted for that feature. Further details on this procedure can be found in the registration process documentation.
Occasionally, the email containing the unique registration link may become misplaced. To address this, I have provided instructions in the documentation on how to generate a new link and resend it to the user, thereby allowing them to complete the registration process.

Regenerate the Unique Registration Link
The following steps outline how you can regenerate a registration completion link so you can send it to the user or use it yourself to complete the account registration (on behalf of the user).
- Navigate to the Tools menu of the Simple Membership plugin
- Click on the the General Tools tab
- Scroll to the section labeled “Generate a Registration Completion link“

Resend the Unique Registration Link
If you enable the “Send Registration Reminder Email Too” checkbox when regenerating the unique link, it will also send that link to the user’s email.
Customizing the Email with the Unique Registration Link
It uses the “Prompt to Complete Registration” email settings to send the unique registration link. You can customize it by going to the “Email Settings” menu of the plugin.

If you need to reset or edit the email settings to their original values, then read the resetting email settings documentation.
Sending Direct Emails to Your Members
The plugin includes a feature that allows you to send direct emails to your member(s). You can fully customize the email content, add any necessary links, and then send it. This feature can be used to email an individual member or a group of members. Refer to the direct email sending documentation to learn more.
